RETURN & EXCHANGE
- All items purchased are exchanged within 7 business days of delivery with the following information sent to [email protected]:
- Items are exchangeable for another of same value or higher, but nonrefundable. Condition of exchanged goods must be in the same condition it was first received. Any used, soiled, or damaged goods will not be allowed for exchange.
- Image proof of wear or tear or any other reason for exchange
- Order Number & Purchase online receipt
* To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the original packing that you received it.
- All sales items are non-refundable
- Upon receiving email request, you receive a response from us approving your return within 1-2 business days.
HOW DO I RETURN & EXCHANGE?
STEP 1: Click the link: www.postco.co/en-MY/return
STEP 2: Select Return from Home on home page.
STEP 3: Search drop down menu: Real.m
STEP 4: Fill in your details. Fill in your pick-up date, time, location, and parcel details.
STEP 5: Make the payment of RM7.50 only.
STEP 6: Sit back, relax, #stayhome and #staysafe while the courier comes to your doorstep!
STEP 7: Real.m will deliver within 1-2 days your exchanged goods. No charges imposed.
* All items will need to be inspected upon return. If the return is in an unsuitable condition, we may send it back to you.
